- Sequence data will be regularly posted from time to time as sequence data are pooled, reviewed onto the public databases, DDBJ, GenBank adn EMBL and the RIKEN website.
- Currently plans call for the inclusion of 3', 5'-end and full length sequence data.

2. Available resources
Published data are submitted to the public databases and are also available on our website. The FANTOM3 clones, 102,801 fully annotated clones, are available through the RIKEN's designated distributor.
